VDC is a big stud in Spain, where horses are trained in all dressage levels.

How consists the work in VDC
- In VDC the hästskötare and the riders are the same people
- The schedule: we begin at eight in the morning giving the food to all horses, cleaning the boxes and then we begins to work horses, lounging , putting horses in paddocks, using the walk/machine or riding. At 10:00 o'clock there is a rest half hour to have breakfast and after we stop at 14:00 o'clock to lunch. After lunch we work continuous horses up to eight, in that we give the night food, clean the material and fix the arenas for the following day.
Every worker have some horses assigned and they work this horses under supervision.
We work from Monday to Saturday but the Saturday evening and Sunday are free, every weekend one worker/rider take care to feed the horses, so usually is one weekend per month or less for every person at VDC.
Usually there are six people working at the stud in relation with the horses also there are other workers in the farm.
All the workers that live in the stud have a share house but with independent room for everyone
Occasionally there are shows at VDC and some competitions out side and all the VDC riders could participate
Before to obtain the job there is a supporting month, in this month salary won't be perceived, so just an economic help for the cost of maintenance and other necessary things. This doesn't mean that passed that month and if the realized work has been very satisfactory an extra wage can be contributed.
Past the supporting month satisfactorily VDC offers a salary of 800€ per month with contract, place to live and the possibility to use a car for your self to drive to the stores. (share house and car)
The requirements to obtain the employment are:
Acept to be in the stud working at least one year.
Good attention to the horses and responsibility in the work
Good horsemanship level
Good integration level with the rest of workers, belong to be part of the team.
To be able to work hard and be a confidential person.
